HMI is more than a trip, it’s about the journey. And your Jewish journey continues at home – whether in your community, with your HMI cohort, or at home with your partner. From Shabbat to other Jewish holidays, life-stage based programs and neighborhood meet-ups, our programs help you explore Jewish life with your Honeymoon Israel family. Don’t see a program in your city? Reach out to your local city staff for help finding what you need.

Temple Isaiah (10435 W. Pico Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90064)

Join fellow HMI alumni and our partners at NuRoots for a special performance of “I Loved Jew, I Loved Jew Not” by the Braid: Jewish Inspiring Stories. Feel a powerful transformation from hate to love in this performance of true stories of antisemitism as well as uplifting tales of allies of the Jewish people who had the strength to stand against it. Broadway World raves “a show that meets the moment… raw, real, and reflective of our times.”

Our amazing partners at the Braid have offered our community FREE tickets! Please email susie@the-braid.org with the following information to receive your ticket(s):

If you’d like to join other HMI alumni for dinner before the show or if you have any questions, please email Melissa at melissa.opper@honeymoonisrael.org.
