HMI DC Havdallah Cheese Experience

We’re so excited to offer a “cheese monster” cheese and havdallah class on Saturday, August 22nd at 7:30 PM!
Cheese 101: In this class, we will kick off with havdallah rituals, then we will we taste through 5 different cheeses and talk about culture, geography, history, and science through the lens of how cheese is made. This will also include some tips and tricks about cheese boards and presentation!
There are two options: You can get a list and buy your own cheese, and just take the class and event with us for $20 a couple (HMI will pay the other $20 class fee) You can pick up cheese from our official cheese monster/cheese monger and take the class for $35! Pick up is in NE DC, details on pick up to come (they’re very flexible.) HMI will cover the other half of your fee. Zoom link will be sent closer to the event.
