Today, meet Danya Shapiro from #hmicleveland! “I love partnering with HMI because it is truly lovely to see the journey that couples go through having experienced the trip.” Danya was born in Israel, has lived there at four different times in her life, and has taken 5 trips to Israel while being based in the US! Her absolute favorite food to eat in Israel is hummus from a good hummusia. Her favorite spot in Israel is Kibbutz Ketura, and she can’t wait to lead her first HMI trip and see Israel through the eyes of the HMI couples who are experiencing Israel for the first time.
