HMI Pittsburgh’s Jess Vishner (cohort 1) will be leading us in a meal prep that is tasty and impressive enough to be used for Rosh Hashanah dinner, but can also be used for typical weeknight meal prep! With his background in teaching culinary arts and about a decade in fine dining, Jess will teach us some kitchen skills and connect this activity to the high holiday season. You will receive an ingredient list ahead of time.
