HMI Boston: Cocktails and Conversation: Reimagining the Four Children in the Passover Story

April 16 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm CDT

Cocktails and Conversation: Reimagining the Four Children in the Passover Story
Tuesday, April 16 at 6:00 pm at Lehrhaus

The Passover seder (traditional festive meal) contains the story of Four Children, labeled as the wise child, the wicked child, the simple child and the child who does not know how to ask. But what does this mean? Do these labels limit how we think about each perspective? What does this framework mean in today’s world?

Join HMI educator Elisha Gechter for a deep dive exploring the Four Children and bring some new perspectives to your Passover seder! We’ll enjoy learning and conversation over delicious cocktails, and you’re invited to stick around afterwards for bites in the Lehrhaus tavern.
