High Holidays Soul Work (IRL)

HMI Los Angeles: The period between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur is known as the Days of Awe. This time is seen as an opportunity for reflection, change, and repentance but can also seem like a lot to navigate! Join other HMI LA couples and Rabbi Leah Lewis of Temple Menorah for an interactive workshop which will focus on the practices of Cheshbon ha Nefesh (“accounting of the soul”), T’shuvah (“returning”) and Tashlich (“cast away”), and the spiritual activities you can take part in during the High Holidays. Absolutely no prior knowledge is necessary to join! Snacks and drinks will be provided in a spacious outdoor setting.
