Challah Bake One, Take One

May 2 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm EDT

Challah Bake One, Take One
Thursday, May 2 at 7:00 pm
Distillery of Modern Art in Chamblee

During the holiday of Passover, one tradition is to refrain from eating bread or any other food that rises. And after a week without bread, wouldn’t a homemade challah really hit the spot?! Come together with your HMI friends to bake challah that you can enjoy at your Shabbat celebration that week. $36 per person includes challah supplies, one drink ticket, and delicious lite bites.

It’s also important to recognize that not everyone has the luxury of choosing which foods to refrain from during their holiday observance; many of our neighbors are experiencing food injustice and have limited access to food. This program will also include baking additional challah to donate to Atlanta Free Fridge.
