HMI at Home began as our virtual programming initiative to keep us all connected throughout the pandemic. Now, HMI at Home is so much more than virtual events. It encompasses incredible opportunities for meaningful connection that happen online and in person in your city! From Shabbat to holidays to challah baking, the HMI community is here for you.

Atlanta High Holy Day Reboot

September 24, 2020 @ 8:00 pm EDT

Are you ready for a reset? Us too! Join your HMI Atlanta fam for an intimate evening to kick-off the Jewish New Year.

Learn about the Jewish ritual of letting go of the past year called “Tashlich” with HMI Atlanta Rabbi, Rabbi Ruth Abusch-Magder, followed by a check in with your community led by HMI Atlanta trip leader, Isabel Ranner.

The first 10 registrants will be sent a free local honey sampler to start your year off sweetly!

Event materials: Please bring something sweet to eat or drink. We would also love for you to have rice paper in order to do the Tashlich activity but it is not mandatory to participate.
