SUMMARY:HMI Boston: Yoga and Jewish Mindfulness for the High Holidays
DESCRIPTION:Yoga and Jewish Mindfulness for the High Holidays\nSunday\, September 8 at 1:30 pm\nB/SPOKE Studios (101 Federal Street\, Boston\, MA\, 02110) \nThe Jewish High Holiday season\, which includes Rosh Hashanah\, the Jewish New Year\, is an important time on the Jewish calendar that gives us the opportunity to take a breath and reflect. Who have we been this year\, and what do we want to lean into this coming year? \nJoin the HMI community for an afternoon of community\, movement\, and mindfulness to get ourselves ready to bring in the Jewish new year. We’ll reflect as individuals and as a group with guided gentle yoga movements and pieces of Jewishly inspired mindfulness and journaling. \nThis session will be lead by Ali Singer and HMI Educator Elisha Gechter. No prior experience with yoga or mindfulness needed – just come with curiosity. \nRegister
